GMCS introduced AI Agents for HR at Websoft.Practice 2026 Conference

On May 19, the annual Websoft.Practice 2026 conference took place in Moscow, focusing on current issues in HR automation. The event, supported by GMCS, brought together leading HR market experts to discuss comprehensive solutions — from implementing artificial intelligence and employee onboarding to career management and feedback automation.

The conference gathered representatives from top companies and was held in a format of seven parallel tracks, featuring real-world cases and effective HR automation tools. At the conclusion of the conference, Alexey Korolkov, CEO of Websoft, along with colleagues, presented the architecture and capabilities of the new Websoft HCM platform.

The Websoft HCM platform implements an HR strategy by connecting people and business goals: it helps create a unified space for talent development, ensures team alignment with business objectives, fosters a culture of knowledge sharing and feedback, and provides employees with tools to influence key decisions.

GMCS is a "Technology Leader" for Websoft in complex projects and addresses a wide range of HR-Tech challenges — from training and onboarding to reward systems and building digital HR. To develop human capital and operational efficiency based on Websoft HCM, GMCS offers a digital profile, smart candidate matching based on profiles, as well as project management and time-tracking tools.
