GMCS at VPROC 2026: adapting supply chains to new realities
GMCS (part of MT-Integration Group) took part in the 9th Annual All-Russian Forum of Commercial Procurement Directors, VPROC 2026. The event was held on March 25–27 in Moscow and brought together executives and experts in procurement and supply chain management from leading Russian companies.
The forum served as a key professional platform for discussing the transformation of procurement and logistics processes in a changing economic and geopolitical environment.
Key topics of VPROC 2026:
- Resilience: building an efficient and transparent procurement function under conditions of instability.
- Balance: finding the optimal combination of digital tools and expert judgment.
- Partnership: developing reliable and long-term supplier relationships in the evolving landscape.
- Risk management: implementing technological solutions to manage risks without overburdening business processes.
"In the current economic environment, modern methods and tools for end-to-end planning, management, and monitoring of procurement and supply chains are becoming increasingly critical. Optimization criteria may vary significantly: from cost minimization to ensuring production continuity and the availability of critical raw materials, including supplier diversification and operating in conditions of volatile demand. Today, the use of multifactor forecasting and optimization models is not only a means of improving efficiency but also a prerequisite for business resilience," said Denis Sukhomazov, Business Director at GMCS.
Currently, GMCS offers a comprehensive procurement management solution based on the low-code platform Comindware. The solution enables automation of the entire procurement lifecycle—from market analysis and purchase request initiation to tendering procedures, supplier management, contract administration, and spend analytics. It also provides integration with accounting and other corporate IT systems.
The solution is currently in pilot industrial operation at a number of mid- and large-sized companies across various industries.
