GMCS at PIX Day 2026: What’s New in RPA and AI Automation

On October 14, GMCS took part in the PIX Day 2026 conference — an annual forum organized by the company’s partner, PIX Robotics, and dedicated to intelligent automation of digital platforms.

The main theme of the event was the transition of businesses from isolated experiments with AI to mature intelligent automation. Experts discussed how the synergy of process design, execution, and analytics with native AI unlocks real business value for companies.

As part of the forum, the vendor presented a number of significant updates and new products:

  • PIX Flex Forms — a plug-in module for PIX BI supporting key CPM scenarios. The solution addresses managed collection, validation, approval, and consolidation of multidimensional data, and also automates collaborative planning and budgeting.
  • The PIX Operator AI agent — expands the capabilities of the flagship PIX RPA product and can be used for tasks outside this platform. Its key advantage is convenient connection to any 1C configuration without modifications and without removing it from support.
  • PIX BI update — the AI assistant is now embedded directly into the product as a chat. This continues the line of intelligent analytics tools launched in February 2026 and makes interaction with data even more natural for users of any skill level.

“At the conference, the vendor emphasized that AI agents and chat assistants are being embedded into products not as a fashionable accessory, but as a working layer that changes clients’ everyday processes. As a Platinum Partner of PIX Robotics, we share this approach. Moreover, based on our own projects, we see that customers are increasingly experimenting, extending the value of classic software robotics with AI agents. It is no longer a question of ‘to try or not to try’ — businesses are looking for ways to embed AI into real processes and achieve measurable impact,” notes Lyubov Gitarskaya, Head of Department at GMCS.
