Diving into the Art of Transformation

GMCS took part in the Microsoft Summit “Art of Transformation”, which was held on May 29 at the Museum of Russian Impressionism in Moscow. More than 250 leaders of digital transformation were able to find new ideas for business development, communicate with leading Microsoft experts, visionaries and partners. 

The event had an immersive theater format: guests were able to test products and solutions offered by Microsoft and partners at thematic interactive demo zones, as well as participate in discussions on the introduction of changes and measuring the effect of digital transformation. The event ended with an art show with a demonstration of art objects created using artificial intelligence. 

GMCS participated in the Financial Service workshop. Experts presented a solution based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 for dealing with appeals. The solution helps to organize and manage the process of appeals handling (complaints, thanks, suggestions and other feedback) in accordance with current legal requirements. Appeals handling is performed also with the help of chatbot based on Dynamics 365. In addition, guests could get advice from GMCS experts on other business transformation solutions based on Microsoft technologies.
