A Heart-to-Heart About Dynamics: GMCS Hosts an exDynamics Club Meeting

GMCS (part of the MT Integration Group) hosted a meeting of the corporate systems user club for solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics – the exDynamics Club. The event took place on November 25 at GOELRO Space (Ampere Hall) and gathered over 60 participants.

Attendees discussed issues related to supporting and developing existing systems based on Microsoft Dynamics AX and Microsoft Dynamics CRM of all versions, integrating them with internal and external IT ecosystems, and ensuring business process stability.

The focus was on lively dialogue and experience sharing among representatives from retail, industry, telecommunications, and other sectors, as well as invited experts. Companies such as Lamoda, DPD in Russia, Megafon, IL DE BOTÉ, NTP Pipeline, and others shared their experiences. Additionally, former employees of the departed vendor took part in the event.

Session moderation was handled by market practitioners: Konstantin Peshekhonov, IT Advisor and former CEO of Hoff Tech, and Maxim Lobanov, IT Director of Vostok Service.

"We organized the Dynamics Club at the request of our clients — after Microsoft left Russia, many lost the opportunity for meaningful dialogue and experience sharing regarding the operation of the systems and solutions they use. We provided what matters most: the chance to talk informally about pressing issues, compare approaches, discuss risks, and find workable solutions for supporting, developing, and transforming systems during this critical period for businesses," noted Aurika Savchuk, Vice President of GMCS.

The event partner was OXYGEN Data Centers & Clouds. OXYGEN's IT Director, Alexander Budkin, presented a stack of data storage solutions, including Edge Cloud — a ready-made "cloud out of the box" for enterprises with high information security requirements. Additionally, during the presentation, experts from OXYGEN and GMCS shared their experience in building the GAFO Platform hardware-software complex.

The exDynamics Club platform will continue its work as a series of closed expert meetings for CIOs, CDTOs, and managers responsible for Microsoft Dynamics AX and Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems.
