Plekhanov Russian University of Economics and MAYKOR-GMCS will prepare CRM specialists

MAYKOR-GMCS and Plekhanov Russian University of Economics have started cooperation in the development of IT education.

MAYKOR-GMCS has developed a Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 training course for students of the Economics Department. The course will allow students to master the high-demand technologies for managing the sales, marketing and customer service processes.

“Our university is a member of the program Microsoft Dynamics Academic Alliance. We asked the vendor to recommend a partner able to create a CRM course for our students. We believe that this course will increase the competitiveness of young professionals and open up additional opportunities for them to find jobs in the interesting areas,” comments Olga Kitova, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Department of Informatics, Plekhanov Russian University of Economics.

The parties have also agreed on having students interned at MAYKOR-GMCS with the possibility of further employment.

“CRM system is a business driver. The role of CRM will constantly grow in the future. We hope that the acquired practical skills for using the leading CRM systems will allow young specialists to better prepare themselves to solve real business problems in a digital economy that changes traditional patterns of interaction with customers,” says Aurika Savchuk, Director of Department of Multipurpose Client Solutions and Services, MAYKOR-GMCS.

"Cooperation between the Plekhanov University, MAYKOR-GMCS and Microsoft are built on the basis of the academic program Microsoft Dynamics Academic Alliance, working with more than 40 Russian universities. The developed course will be available to all participants of the academic program in Russia," adds Andrey Stepanov, Head of the Microsoft Dynamics Academic Alliance program in Russia.
