Market.CNews IT marketplace has published the first rating of CRM systems in Russia. Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, presented by GMCS, took the 4th line in the rating.

The rating was released as part of a review of CRM systems. It is a collection of materials from the editors of the IT marketplace Market.CNews and industry experts who told what to look for when choosing a CRM system, what trends are observed in the market and what impact the pandemic has had on it.

A comparison of CRM systems was carried out according to eight main criteria. A point assessment system was used for each category.

“In the course of work on the rating, we carefully studied the functionality of each CRM system on the market, delivery, testing options before purchase, and other factors,” noted Yuri Khomutsky, Director of the Market.CNews project. “Companies could receive the greatest number of points for functionality: almost half of the final assessment of a solution lies precisely in the breadth of its capabilities. In general, we can say with confidence that our rating takes into account the maximum possible combination of factors, each one is really important for the end customer."

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, presented in the rating by GMCS, received 441 points. GMCS CRM practice is based on Microsoft Dynamics solutions, including Dynamics 365, as well as the company's own industry solutions. Among the clients of GMCS are TUI Russia, Leroy Merlin Vostok, NetByNet, Yota and other companies.

According to analysts, the Russian CRM market has not yet reached a saturation point. Sales volumes will grow, and the penetration of CRM systems into the business will increase.
