MAYKOR-GMCS is still one of the largest BI suppliers in Russia

At year-end 2016, MAYKOR-GMCS joint the TOP-10 largest suppliers of BI solutions according to the CNews Analytics rating. Flexibly reacting to the market needs, the company confidently demonstrated the leading position in this segment.

The traditional leader left the rating, which had an impact on the total revenue of the top 15 companies. It fell by 15% at once compared to 2015 and amounted to 9.04 billion rubles. As CNews experts noted, data visualization and BI self-service were most in-demand in 2016.

"Over the years of intensive automation, companies have accumulated the amount of various data and recently began to think about their monetization. This factor gives rise to the demand for data usage models. Many companies are actively searching for techniques for using industry data and machine learning models," said Maria Venediktova, Vice-president of MAYKOR-GMCS. In 2016, there were still a lot of "classic" requests, for instance, for dashboards for top management and information dashboards for specific tasks."
