GMCS will digitize HR workflow using HRlink

GMCS will help companies digitize HR workflow using HRlink, Russia's first electronic HR workflow system.

On January 1, 2021, the 407-FZ Federal Law entered into force, amending the Labor Code of the Russian Federation in terms of remote work. HRlink allows you to quickly switch to a paperless exchange of personnel documents between an employer and employees, including those who work remotely. At the same time, employees do not need to go to the office to the HR department once again. Any document (employment contract, vacation application, approval of business trips, etc.) can be signed remotely and safely in a personal account in a few minutes.

“HRlink appearance in our solutions portfolio expands our competencies, allowing us to offer customers an effective, simple and understandable tool for organizing electronic HR workflow in the remote environment and following the new legislative requirements. HRlink is an excellent addition to an employee's personal account in terms of the availability of HR services, providing an opportunity to coordinate and sign personnel documents using an electronic signature,” said Galina Khruslova, Head of HR Solutions Division at GMCS.

Personnel documents in electronic form are drawn up by participants within the experiment of the Ministry of Labor of the Russian Federation under the 122-FZ Federal Law. HRlink makes it possible to assess the benefits of paperless workflow right now: reduce the share of routine HR operations, which in practice take up to 40% of specialists' working time, save on delivery and storage of documents, as well as protect HR documents from loss and organize a digital HR archive in the cloud.

“Together with business partners, we provide companies with an opportunity to make the transition to digital HR by providing e-workflow as a service. The solution perfectly integrates into the corporate information environment, and the functionality can be increased gradually, from module to module,” noted Dmitry Makhlin, Business Development Director at HRlink.

The HRlink service works with any accounting and HR systems of the enterprise (SAP, 1C:ZUP, “Boss-Kadrovik”, Bitrix, etc.) via API, seamlessly integrated with the “Work in Russia” portal, generates an electronic digital signature directly from the system, in compliance with the necessary measures to protect personal data.
