GMCS offers IT outsourcing services WebTutor

As part of HR solutions development, GMCS offers full IT outsourcing of the WebTutor talent management system.

GMCS is one of the largest partners of the Russian company WebSoft, developer of the WebTutor system. WebSoft has been working in the HR automation market for over 20 years, offering digital tools for selecting, adapting, training and evaluating employees.

As most enterprises have been moving to a remote mode of operation, the need for qualified support for HRM systems has grown significantly. At the same time, managers are revising approaches to personnel management; there is a need to introduce new automation tools in the shortest possible time. The resources of the IT departments are not always enough to quickly respond and meet the needs of the business. 

The outsourcing model is based on GMCS experience in HR software. Currently, GMCS is conducting several IT outsourcing projects for automated HR systems based on WebTutor. GMCS specialists quickly solve problems associated with the comprehensive support, development and administration of the system, as well as advise users.
