GMCS joined the Top 15 largest providers of data analytics

GMCS took 14th place in the rating "The largest data analytics service providers in Russia 2020", prepared by CNews as part of the review "Analytics 3.0 - 2021".

GMCS revenue in this area amounted to 543,892 thousand rubles, which is 56.1% more than in the previous year. The company implements projects using BI solutions from the world and Russian suppliers: Qlik, Microsoft Power BI, SAP BW / 4HANA, SAP BusinessObjects, Tableau, Foresight.

“We have significantly transformed the BI direction, including the development of solutions using artificial intelligence and machine learning. The past year has shown that companies are interested in proactive analytics with understandable dashboards, as well as online data analytics tools to analyze digital business risks. The main customers of analytical solutions are the marketing, HR, and service departments. The rights and opportunities of business users are expanding in terms of discovering and using data to improve current or design new business processes,” commented Aleksey Suchkov, Head of the BI department at GMCS.

In 2020, the revenue of the Russian analytics market leaders, despite all the difficulties associated with the coronavirus pandemic, increased by 15% and amounted to 24.9 billion rubles. According to analysts, interest in analytics has not fallen amid the coronavirus. However, experts do not expect big changes in the analytics market this year. Analytics will penetrate deeper and deeper into the business processes of companies, becoming more and more diversified.
