WebTutor is a system of comprehensive automation of business processes related to personnel recruitment, assessment, testing and training, classifying and storing knowledge, as well as managing interaction between employees and the HR department.

When implementing WebTutor a corporate Internet/Intranet portal is created. Depending on the existing tasks either of the following may be created based on the portal: a distance learning and testing system, a full-scale training and HR portal automating all corporate training processes, or the company’s corporate information portal where all of the company’s employees can get unlimited access to information materials, undergo training and testing in electronic form. Combining this with the hands-on experience of GMCS consultants in creating portal solutions will allow to ensure automation of human resource management processes at a whole new level.

The WebTutor product may be integrated with the following business IT solutions, which GMCS also implements: BOSS-Kadrovik, IBM Cognos, Infor ERP LN, Microsoft Dynamics AX, Oracle E-Business Suite, SAP Business Suite. WebTutor is standard integrated with the personnel records system, the corporate mailing system, user recording system etc.
