Established by GMCS in 2004 the team of specialists for the automation of human resource management today amounts to around 20 professionals in the HRM consulting field.
The Department offers comprehensive solutions based on BOSS-Kadrovik and Websoft, which allow to fully automate key processes of personnel management, training, assessment and development. The winning formula of the projects is in combining accumulated experience and expertise, as well as the developments of GMCS specialists, which allows to achieve excellent implementation results.
In addition full-scale project today the automation of human resource management Department provides a full range of IT outsourcing services on BOSS-Kadrovik system support, conducting technical maintenance and development of the implemented solution, system administration and user consulting.
Today the Department offers its clients its own developments along with existing solutions. One of them is a human resource portal, which allows to improve efficiency of operation of companies’ HR divisions and assist the development of corporate culture by organizing convenient access to necessary information and optimizing corporate communications.
To date the Department has completed over 20 projects of human resource management automation in companies of various industries.
