Project Description

For the management company of the scientific and manufacturing corporation IRKUT GMCS consultants automated of a human resource management processes based on the BOSS-Kadrovik solution. During the project GMCS consultants shall automate processes of maintaining the staff chart, payroll calculation, personnel records, time keeping and military registration of personnel. The new HRM-system ensures the possibility of forming the main and personnel reports, necessary to be submitted to fiscal and pension authorities in the Russian Federation.
