Client description: Dalsvyaz — the largest communication service provider in the Far East Region. Provides local and intra-zone telephone communications services, internet, data communication, ISDN, cellular communication, trunked communication, wireless radio access services etc., as well as «Dalsvyaz TVi» interactive television services.

Project Description
The goal of the project was to create a management information system for the service provider. The IT solution being implemented by GMCS includes the following blocks: finance management, financial and fiscal accounting, asset management, capital expenditures management, full logistics management (sales, procurement, warehouse management), calculating production costs using the separate cost accounting method, asset management in accordance with international financial reporting standards, human resource management.
