Project Description
At Xerox Eurasia the team of GMCS consultants implemented projects for the creation of an information and analysis system and a corporate data warehouse based on the SAP BW solution. The key aim of the projects is increasing the efficiency of operations of the planning and finance department of the company in terms of financial results analysis and preparation of corporate reporting. The advantages of the new system were appreciated even by employee of the non-financial departments connected to the system, who use weekly reports in their work. During the year that passed since the implementation of the corporate data warehouse the number of its users increased 10 folds and amounted to over a 100 people. GMCS consultants together with IT-experts of Xerox Eurasia implemented an automated system of sales planning in all of the client’s commercial departments covering 22 countries. For the Russian subdivision of the company GMCS automated the process of evaluating execution of sales plans by distributors and calculation of the bonus system based on the SAP BW-BPS product. Project started in June 2005, works completed in February 2007.
