Project Description
In order to improve the enterprise management and planning system GMCS and company specialists started the implementation of the Baan ERP system in the middle of 2002. As part of the project the following subsystems were implemented in compliance with the accepted IAS international standards: “Financials” (settlements with suppliers, clients, financial assets management, general ledger, financial plan, financial and managerial reporting), “Sales, Procurement, Stock”, “Process” (the process of slate processing) and “Quality Control System”. All specified tasks were accomplished by GMCS specialists in record-breaking time: industrial operation of the system started in January 2003.
