Client description: About the client:Mr. Doors was established in 1996 and is the leader of the Russian market of built-in and cabinet furniture, produced according to individual projects, and components for its production.

Project Description
GMCS is carrying out the implementation of the Microsoft Dyna-mics AX integrated enterprise management system at Mr. Doors. The goal of the project is to automate the finance and logistics processes of procurement planning, control and management of stock and supply chains in order to efficiently resolve the tasks of management accounting. Project started in spring of 2007.
