Project Description
Implementation of the Baan ERP system at the refrigerator equipment plant in Timi-Shoara -- the third project of GMCS for the Frigoglass group, carried out together with the Greek company Computer Project. Implementation of the Enterprise Management Model based on the SSA ERP was conducted by GMCS specialists on schedule — in 3 months. Project completed in December 2003.
