Client description: Frigorex Eurasia (Russia, Orel) produces commercial refrigeration equipment and is part of the Frigoglass group of companies, which owns 23 plants in 12 countries of the world.

Project Description
Implementation of the Baan ERP system at the Russian plant of refrigeration equipment in the city of Orel was the second project GMCS conducted for the Frigoglass group. Project works were carried out together with a partner of GMCS — Computer Project (Greece). During the project the Enterprise Management Model, developed within the Baan ERP system at one of the enterprises of Frigoglass group in Greece, was implemented. The unified approach to data formats and corporate accounting principle, as well as uniform procedures of operation of each subdivision of the plant provided the possibility to implement the system in record-breaking time – three months. Project completed in December 2003.
