Client description: Frigoglass group of companies, which owns 23 plants in 12 countries of the world, provides service to the beverage market and produces commercial refrigerating equipment, bottles, labels, lids, performs etc.

Project Description
Works on the project for the implementation of the Baan ERP system were carried out by GMCS together with the Com-puter Project consulting company (Greece). The main goal of the project was to construct a typical Enterprise Management Model of this type, that are part of the group. GMCS conducted the first project at the refrigeration equipment plant in Greece. As a result of the project the following modules were successfully launched into industrial operation: Financials, Sales-Procurement-Storage, Manufacturing, Material Resource Planning (MRP), Servicing and Enterprise Simulating. Further replicating of the Corporate Model was conducted at similar plants of the group in Russia, Romania and Poland. Launch of the system into industrial operation took place in December 2001.
