Project Description
In the Russian representative office of AstraZenecā GMCS implemented the BOSS-Kadrovik automated human resource management system. One of the main goals of the implementation was the unification of all business processes related to personnel management, payroll calculation and forming corporate reporting for the head office located in Great Britain. The new human resource management system of AstraZeneņa in Tussia was launched into operations 6 months after the start of the project.
