Project Description
At CenterTelecom GMCS consultants are implementing an automated system of budget management. The solution shall be unraveled based on IBM Cognos Planning in financial divisions and the analytical centers of the Head Office and in 15 branches of CenterTelecom. The new business tool shall ensure effective formation, adjustment and control over the execution of revenue, expense and direct costs budgets, as well as over the company’s cash flow budget. The system will include the possibility of consolidating report data of divisions and branches into a single enterprise budget, allowing CenterTelecom to conduct strategic planning and control over financial resources throughout the whole company. Project started in spring 2007.
