Project Description
The aim of GMCS’s project at Tsaritsyno was to automate all business processes within a single integrated Baan ERP system. As a result a full-featured system of automation of procurement, planning and production, sales and accounting subdivisions was unraveled. Having evaluated the success of the first project, in 2001 GMCS and Tsaritsyno signed an agreement for the development of a “Business Planning” module. It was launched into industrial operation in the middle of 2002, and the Tsaritsyno plant obtained a complete management system, which allows to model a business plan for the whole enterprise, create forecasts of financial results, balance, cash flow and financial and economic indicators, as well as conduct daily control over the implementation of the approved plan. By means of the Baan ERP system the Tsaritsyno Plant covered the full cycle of production accounting: from planning sales of final goods and up to the analysis of actual costs. This helped significantly increase the efficiency of enterprise management and minimize excess of both stock and final products. Project implemented in 2001.
