Client description: The Trademark Trading House “Tsaritsyno” is part of the “Tsaritsyno” group of companies, specializing in the production and sales of meat produce.

Project Description
The main task that GMCS consultants were faced with within this project was automating the management system of the TTH “Tsaritsyno” warehouse complex, which is used to store own produce, as well as the produce of third-party manufacturers. Adjustment of the prototype of the future system and the launch into operation were conducted simultaneously to the construction of the warehouse complex. This offered the possibility to construct future business processes while taking into account the capabilities of the new management system. As part of the project the GMCS Cargo Terminal industry solution was integrated with the enterprise dispatcher system which is an own project of Tsaritsyno. Functional options of the GMCS Cargo Terminal industry solution allow Tsaritsyno to solve key business tasks related to warehouse management: automate as much as possible the procedures of servicing cargo traffic, as well as significantly increase efficiency and transparency of storage resource management procedures. The project was implemented in six months and completed in January 2007.
