Client description: GAZ Group AM is the managing organization of Russia’ s largest car manufacturing holding company. Among the issues being resolved by the company are determining the general policy of the holding company in terms of finance, accounting and marketing, as well as managing the geographically distributed assets of the group.

Project Description
GMCS is carrying out works on the creation of a centralized supply management system for GAZ Group. The project is being conducted within GAZ Group AM and is aimed at increasing the efficiency of operations pertaining to the processes of procurement, accepting and coordinating bids, control over execution of orders, use of material assets by enterprises of the group. Project started - autumn 2006.
