Client description: MIR retail chain is one of the largest outlet chains of national scale, which includes 61 outlets across Russia (18 — in Moscow and 43 — in large cities of Russia) and plans further expansion. The main strategy of the company is to offer the best price-quality-service ration on the household appliances and electronic equipment market.

Project Description
The main goal of the project for MIR retail chain is the implementation of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system covering the activities o the company’s sales and market management while ensuring uniform access to the unified client data base. The system is based on the Oracle E-Business Suite integrated complex of business applications. Project scale: 33 outlets in Moscow and other large cities in Russia, 130 workplaces, around 1 million personalized clients. Project implemented in 2004.
