Development of the Customer Relations Management (CRM) system

Client: TBInform (TNK-BP)

Client description: About the client: TBInform is a TNK-BP subsidiary established at the end of 2006 in order to increase security and improve protection of corporate information, increase efficiency of service to the holding company’s enterprises. TBInform currently provides over 100 services for the maintenance of PCs, office equipment and software products of TNK-BP enterprises, as well as supporting around 17 thousand users of the corporate network.

Project Description
The main goal of the GMCS team of specialists was to develop and install additional modifications of the CRM system of TBInform, thus allowing to better automate the process of contract work with TNK-BP enterprises and subsequently increase quality and efficiency of IT servicing of the holding company’s subsidiaries. At a later stage GMCS shall provide services on the technical maintenance of the solution and offer recommendations for CRM system crash minimization and increasing its productivity. System development works were conducted in 2007.
