Client description: T-Pay is the official distributor of the single top-up card (STC) for the services of the all-Russian cell phone operator “MegaFon”. The company carries out the promotion of cell service top-up cards across Russia. Its organizational structure is built up according to the territorial division of Russia into Federal Districts and amounts to 7 branches distributing STCs through a dealer network, which includes over 250 dealers. The T-Pay head office is located in Saint-Petersburg.

Project Description
Improvement in the level of enterprise management in T-Pay, and as a result the increase of requirements towards information support of such processes as sales forecasts, budget planning and modeling, receiving flexible report forms, required the implementation of a specialized solution. Based upon the results of the analysis of systems represented on the Russian market, the PlanDesigner software product by SoftProm was selected, being the leader on the Russian market of BPM class systems (Business Performance Management). Implementation of the PlanDesigner solution was conducted by GMCS together with SoftProm specialists as part of the comprehensive project for the creation of T-Pay’s ERP system.
