Client description: T-Pay is the official distributor of the single top-up card (STC) for the services of the all-Russian cell phone operator “MegaFon”. The company carries out the promotion of cell service top-up cards across Russia. Its organizational structure is built up according to the territorial division of Russia into Federal Districts and amounts to 7 branches distributing STCs through a dealer network, which includes over 250 dealers. The T-Pay head office is located in Saint-Petersburg.

Project Description
In order to resolve human resource management issues on a whole new level T-Pay decided in favor of the BOSS-Kadrovik system. The payroll, premium calculation and human resource management component was successfully implemented on the basis of the BOSS-Kadrovik human resource management system integrated with Microsoft Dynamics AX. The management information system of T-Pay based on several software projects is used in all of the company’s branches located in 7 different Federal Districts of Russia.
