Client description: Synterra group of companies unites service providers and includes the following companies: Synterra, PeterStar, Global Teleport, EuroTel, TeleportSPb and a number of regional cell service providers operating on the telecommunications market since 1992. Synterra is part of the PromSvyazCapital Group. The company employs a total of over 2000 workers. The group has office in Moscow, Saint-Petersburg, Murmansk, Kaliningrad, Chelyabinsk, Yekaterinburg, Volgodonsk, Rostov, Kazan, Samara, Pskov, Petrozavodsk, Novgorod Velikiy, Vyborg, Tomsk and Voronezh.

Project Description
in order to optimize the processes of human resource management Synterra national cell service provider made the decision to implement the BOSS-Kadrovik system. As part of the project formats of report documents, used by employees of the provider’s HR-department and financial division, were developed. Standard functionality expanded by means of the development and implementation of an additional premium payment calculation module. Together with the integration with the accounting system, the task of integrating the client’s intranet-portal, developed by GMCS on the basis of the SharePoint technology, was also completed. Currently Synterra’s automated human resource management system has been put into operation. Project works were completed over a period of 6 months.
