Client description: The Ryazan Oil-Refining Plant (RORP) produces a wide range of oil derivatives: high quality petrol, diesel fuels, jet fuels, fuel oils, asphalts, lubrication oils etc. In 1995 it became part of the Tyumen Oil Company – now TNK-BP.

Project Description
In order to automate the main forms of activities of the Ryazan ORP the Parus 8.5 system was selected. During the project GMCS specialists took account of all the needs of the key subdivisions of the enterprise and the specifics if financial accounting and bookkeeping in oil refining production. GMCS fully actualized all of the corporate accounting principles existing at TNK-BP. In July 2004 the information system based on the Parus 8.5 SP was transferred to the information department of the enterprise for subsequent application and maintenance.
