Client description: Fish-processing Plant № 1 is the largest manufacturer of fish produce in Saint-Petersburg. The plant currently produces a wide range of fish products using modern equipment and up-to-date German and Japanese technologies.

Project Description
As of 2003 the plant’s logistical and manufacturing tasks are successfully being accomplished using the Microsoft Dyna¬mics AX system. In order to develop it GMCS specialists launched a new project for the automation of the plant’s financial accounting in compliance. with international standards (ISFR) based on Microsoft Dynamics AX. Formation of the methodology of financial accounting for the fish-processing plant was greatly aided by PricewaterhouseCoopers. In close collaboration with the international consulting company GMCS consultants implemented this methodology within the system. Project completed in the beginning of 2007.
