Project Description
In autumn 2007 the project team of GMCS and Rostelecom specialists implemented the corporate human resource management system in four subsidiaries of the service provider: Zebra Telecom, GLOBUS-TELECOM, GlobalTel and MC NTT. AS part of the project GMCS consultants reengineered the processes of personnel management and optimized the procedure of payroll payments. GMCS also automated operations, related to organization chart structure formation, personnel records and time-keeping, payroll calculation.
