Client description: Russian Aircraft Corporation «MiG» — is a domestic manufacturer of aircrafts that provides for all the stages of the life cycle of produced aircrafts: starting from the development of the concept and up to the training of flight and maintenance personnel.

Project Description
During the first half of 2006 GMCS consultants started full-featured implementation of the BOSS-Kadrovik automated human resource management system at all Russian Aircraft Corporation MiG territorial sites. Currently the centralized data base is responsible for personnel records and wage calculation on five of the corporation’s sites. Activities of the human resource department, time-keeping bureau, economic planning department and wage office were automated. Aside from the basic modules, functionality of the BOSS-Kadrovik system was expanded to include distribution of wages in terms of production orders and supplemented with an analysis report software package. As a result of the implementation of the BOSS-Kadrovik system over 100 workplaces were automated. Project completed in 2007.
