Client description: Restland is a managing company for Russian projects. Among its projects are: the “Cartland” sports and entertainment complex in the Moscow Region, “Il Patio” Italian restaurants and FFR “Rostik’s”, “Chak I Chak” Bashkirian and Tatarian restaurants, a network of beer restaurants, an own concept FFR, the “CartOil” gas station network with supermarkets and cafes (at the moment there are three gas stations franchised under the Lukoil brand name)/ it planned to build several more sports and entertainment complexes in Moscow and other regions. It is also planned to launch gas stations in Moscow, as well as conduct the rebranding of the network of gas stations in other regions.

Project Description
The project for the automation of the Restland group of companies based on Parus-Corporation was started by GMCS in November 2004. At the first stage works were carried out for the design of the concept of the information system, development of the Technical Assignment, implementation of a system for payroll accounting and personnel management, as well as electronic document circulation based on the Business Process Management module. In February 205 GMCS proceeded to the second stage of the project. During this stage it is planned to complete a range of works on the creation of an information system including the following areas: accounting for the enterprise’s projects under construction and in operation, operational accounting for the flow of goods within all of the enterprise’s facilities (gas stations, restaurants), operational accounting for the processes of settlements with construction suppliers, procurement management, operational planning of payments and middle-term budgeting, bookkeeping of all of the company’s forms of activities, system of financial and routine reporting.
