Project Description
In 2007 GMCS started a new project, which marks the continuing cooperation of the companies and involves the creation of an automated human resource management system for PeterStar based on the BOSS-Kadrovik solution. During the project GMCS consultants shall create a single human resource management system, which shall cover the activities of HR-Departments of 7 branches and the headquarters of PeterStar in Saint-Petersburg. GMCS specialists shall automate reporting functions of HR-Departments and HR-managers in terms of selecting and hiring employees, their training, development, evaluation and attestation. PeterStar and GMCS plan to integrate the BOSS-Kadrovik system with the Microsoft Dynamics AX enterprise management system and the premium system used by the service provider. Project started in 2007.
