Client description: Petersburg Transit Telecom (PTT) was established in January 2000. PTT operates on the wholesale telecommunications market, providing services to fixed and mobile communication operators, as well as Internet-providers. The main services of PTT are connection of operator grids at local and inter-zone level, local and inter-zone traffic transit, data transfer and Internet access services.

Project Description
GMCS consultants automated all areas of financial accounting at PTT, including fixed assets, settlements with suppliers and clients, inventory accounting, financial assets, budgeting, inventory management, customer relations. Microsoft Dynamics AX was integrated into the company’s unified information space with the billing, Bank-Client and BOSS-Kadrovik systems being used by the service provide at the moment by means of developed interfaces. As part of the project GMCS specialists developed a solution that complies to the new system of agency settlements with communication service providers. The main particularity of the project was its limited time frame: it was implemented in six months. This was made possible thanks to the fact that GMCS has a registered industry solution, as well as a great deal of experience in implementing this type of projects for Russian telecommunication companies. Project completed in 2006.
