Client description: Novosibirsk Chemical Concentrates Plant (NCCP) is one of the largest enterprises of Russia’s nuclear fuel cycle for the production of fuel for energy and research reactors. Today NCCP is part of the TVEL corporation, which consolidates large Russian enterprises specializing in natural uranium mining, production, supply and scientific and engineering support of nuclear fuel operation at NPPs of Russia, CIS and internationally.

Project Description
For the Novosibirsk Chemical Concentrates Plant GMCS is carrying out works for the establishment of an Enterprise Resource Planning system. The main goal of this project is to enhance and consolidate NCCP workflows into a unified Enterprise Resource Planning system. Project implementation involves full-scale automation of the plant including the processes of planning, management of manufacturing, sales and inventory, as well as operations on the entirety of the entity’s supply chain. Project start - February 2007.
