Client description: Naryanmarneftegaz is a joint venture of LUKOIL and ConocoPhillips that was established with the aim of hydrocarbon development Russia. The enterprise was founded in 2005.

Project Description
GMCS is carrying out a project on the automation of corporate finance management at Naryanmarneftegaz. The GMCS oil&gas solution based on Microsoft Dynamics AX is being used to accomplish the project’s tasks. The project is strategically divided into two stages. During the first stage GMCS consultants are automating key business processes within financial management: bookkeeping, tax and management accounting, as well as reporting according to GAAP standards. GMCS is also optimizing the management of geographically remote warehouses. During the second phase it is planned that GMCS specialists shall reengineer and automate budgeting and such business processes of the oil company as tendering procedures, project management etc. Project launch - autumn 2007.
