The company’s services include developing and customizing technologies needed to accomplish specific tasks of the client, supply of modern geodesic equipment and its technical maintenance, training client’s personnel.
Project Description
The project for the implementation of a CRM system being carried out by GMCS at NAVGEOCOM is aimed at handling the problems of centralized sales and marketing campaign planning for further development of interregional business of the client. Implementation of the new business application shall allow to create a single information space for the storage of information on clients and the history of relations with them, additional analysis tools for controlling and managing the sales process, as well as unite federal and regional NAVGEOCOM marketing campaigns within the CRM system. In order to accomplish the designated tasks the GMCS project team is assessing the company’s business processes, customizing the implemented solution to the particularities of the client’s business, developing additional system components and ensuring professional maintenance of the implemented IT-tool. Planned project implementation time – February-April of 2008.
