Client description: MC NTT offers a wide range of fixed communication services in Moscow and the naer Moscow area. MC NTT is a Rostelecom subsidiary.

Project Description
During the project for the implementation of an automated finance management system at MC NTT, GMCS consultants automated areas of financial accounting in full compliance with requirements of Russian legislation. Among the automated processes were: fixed assets and cash accounting, settlements with suppliers and clients, inventory accounting, customer relations, production cost calculation and determining financial results by service provided. Financial budgeting and running bids for cash assets were also automated. In order to obtain consolidated statements within the Rostelecom group GMCS designed corporate reporting forms for MC NTT, which comply to parent organization standards. The foundation of the implemented solution was the GMCS Telecom business application, designed by GMCS consultants based on Microsoft Dynam-ics AX with account of the specifics of the telecommunication industry. The financial management system was launched into operation in October 2007.
