Project Description
In order to organize efficient operations of the company’s human resource management the BOSS-Kadrovik system was implemented allowing to automate the activity of HR department employees in terms of calculating the payroll, forming the structure of the job index and making personnel and time-keeping records. As part of the project Microsoft Dynamics AX was integrated with the BOSS-Kadrovik system and the operator’s billing system. The launch of the human resource management system took place in December 2007
