Client description: Moldova Steel Works was commissioned in 1985 and is one of the youngest enterprises on the territory of the CIS. The plant produces continuous cast steel billets, light sections and wire rod of low carbon, high carbon and low alloyed grades.

Project Description
Implementation of Oracle E-Business Suite system was carried out in order to fulfill the following tasks: organize management accounting at the enterprise, executive planning and efficient calculation of actual production costs. GMCS specialists were invited to be one of the contractors and conducted works in the following fields: “Bookkeeping”, “Planning”, “Cost Calculation”. Project completed in 2001.
