Client: Kurskiy Konditer

Client description: Kurskiy Konditer, specializing in the production of confectionary, was one of the first enterprises in Russia to chose the Baan ERP system as the solution for business automation. The project was conducted by GMCS consultants together with the company Antares (Kursk).

Project Description
The project implemented by GMCS included works on the implementation of “Finance”, “Sales, procurement, stocks” and “Process” subsystems. During the project works were also carried out on configuring the system’s modules and user training. Implementation of the system before its launch into production operation took seven months. Project completed in August 1998.
