Client description: KRANEKS Machinery is a leading manufacturer of hydraulic shovel crawlers in Russia and CIS countries. The company was established in 1932.

Project Description
Due to the active growth of KRANEKS activities the decision was made to implement an ERP system. The aim of the project is to increase efficiency of enterprise, in particular manufacturing, management. In order to accomplish this task KRANEKS selected the Infor ERP LN (Baan 6.1) system. As part of the first stage of he project GMCS is delivering software product licenses and organizing a training class at the enterprise aimed at preparing a project group from the side of the client. Project launched in January 2007.
