Client description: TransTeleCom Company was established in 1997. TransTeleCom today is the operator of Russia’s largest fiber-optic communication network spanning over 50000 km. the network is located along the country’s railroads and connects 2 continents – Europe and Asia.

Project Description
As part of the construction of a unified management system at TransTeleCom Company GMCS also automated business processes of human resource management based on the BOSS-Kadrovik solution. The package of works included not only the automation of the payroll and personnel circuit, but also the integration of the BOSS-Kadrovik and Microsoft Axapta systems. Apart from the Moscow office, the company’s branch in Saint-Petersburg was also automated and included in the unified data base. Specialists of the branches HR department operate within the server located in Moscow remotely through the TransTeleCom Company corporate network. The full cycle of BOSS-Kadrovik implementation took 4 months and was completed in December 2004
