Client description: KNAUF industrial group is one of the largest companies in Russia producing plaster-based construction materials. It is part of the KNAUF international group, which has 200 enterprises in 37 countries of the world. Today the Russian group of companies KNAUF is comprised of nine plants and a wide-spread network of training centers.

Project Description
In January 2006 GMCS began implementing the BOSS-Kadrovik automated human resource management system at one of the enterprises of the KNAUF industrial group – KNAUF Plaster. Thanks to the implementation of this project KNAUF Plaster obtained tool, which allows to make efficient human resource management decisions, including maintaining a single centralized personnel police within the group of companies; financial policy and payroll accounting, motivation policy and personnel training; as well as selection of personnel and evaluation of their skill. Project completed in February 2007.
