Project Description
The main target of the project implemented by GMCS in this company was to design a detailed model of the company’s management using the Baan ERP system and taking into account the requirements of the GMP quality standard. GMCS consultants successfully accomplished the tasks that they were faced with and launched the system into industrial operation on schedule, having automated manufacturing, stock and end produce warehouse recording, planning sales, production and procurement, bookkeeping. The project started in March 2003 and was implemented in eight months.
