Kazakhtelecom is Kazakhstan’s national service provider offering a full range of communication services The company’s head office is located in Astana. The company employs over 30 thousand people. Kazakhtelecom has territorial branches in each region of Kazakhstan.
Project Description
In order to solve strategic tasks of Kazakhtelecom development and strengthening the company’s advantages on the competitive telecommunications market it was decided to implement a new customer relations concept involving design of a centralized CRM solution based on Oracle E-Business Suite.
The project was carried out in several stages. During the first stage a master system was created and launched into industrial operation within the operator center and the CRM system servicing module in Astana. During the second stage the created solution was replicated in 16 Kazakhtelecom branches. Project completed in 2006. Kazakhtelecom currently continues cooperating with GMCS.
